Miami-based Lionheart Capital closed a record setting $120 million bulk sale, purchasing the remaining units at 2700 North Ocean Drive in Palm Beach County. Lionheart acquired the two-tower oceanfront property on exclusive Singer Island from developer Catalfumo Construction, in a joint venture with New York-based private investment firm Elliott Management Corp. This marks the largest bulk sale in Florida during the last five years.
The 2700 North Ocean property rests on 8.8 pristine acres of playground for the privileged, conveniently nestled between high-end shopping destinations and 375 feet of beach. Residences offer the contemporary design aesthetic of award-winning architect Robert M. Swedroe, with towers angled to take full advantage of panoramic vistas from glass-framed terraces. Expansive lobbies and private elevators create a grand arrival, surrounded by a charmed oceanfront lifestyle with leisure areas, state-of-the-art fitness centers, two full cinema-style theaters, heated lap pool, ocean-flowing Infinity-edge pool and two whirlpool spas. Beach cabanas and private guest suites are also available.
As one of the finest new oceanfront properties in Palm Beach, we are proud to take ownership of this marquee property, said Ophir Sternberg, Lionheart Managing Partner, Catalfumo did an outstanding job in its construction and design. Together with our partners and investors, we look forward to taking the property to new heights and discovering its full potential.
