Every week Dermot OBrien Realty runs a half page color or full page color or B&W advertisement in the Palm Beach Post Residences publication (premium placement always located on page 9 or earlier). Residences is the most important local real estate publication in Palm Beach County. As a result of our high expenditures with the newspaper, we are entitled to 8 Cover Stories each year which is a featured half-page article about a specific property that is promoted on the front cover. In addition we are entitled to purchase 8 Cover Strip Ads each year which is a quarter-page color advertisement that appears on the front cover of Residences. At targeted times of the year when there are a lot of people in town such as the Honda Classic Golf Tournament weekend, we run unique full page color ads. In addition to featuring your property in our page 9 ad each week, we will also run at least one Cover Story for your listing in addition to featuring it in our Strip Ads.

The High End

Unique Homes, the national magazine of luxury real estate also offers a local and personalized magazine called The High End! This quarterly “private label” magazine marries up market lifestyle content and editorial with sophisticated real estate listings. The unique 32 page magazine is directly mailed to prospects, clients and high net worth consumers. Each issue of the magazine that is sent out goes to all the owners of the more expensive properties on Singer Island with approximately 500 copies being mailed to the following buildings and communities: Ocean 18 Singer Island, Dolcevita Palm Beach, Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island, Vista Blue Singer Island, The Resort at Singer Island, Oasis Singer Island, Beach Front at Singer Island, 5000 North Ocean, Ocean’s Edge at Singer Island, Via Delfino Singer Island and One Singer Island.
