SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY – PALM BEACH EXPANDS TO SINGER ISLAND

Palm Beach, FL (October 16, 2019) – Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce it will be expanding its Palm Beach operations to Singer Island, with real estate agent Dermot OBrien joining Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Sotheby’s International Realty – Singer Island Brokerage is located at 3800 N. Ocean Drive, inside The Resort at Singer Island and will be led by Brokerage Manager, Debra Reece, an executive at the luxury brokerage firm for over nine years.

OBrien joins Sotheby’s International Realty with 35 years of real estate experience, including a successful decade-long tenure owning and operating his own boutique brokerage on Singer Island. With over $250M in sales on Singer Island and the surrounding areas since 2004, OBrien has been recognized by numerous publications and has been the recipient of several awards including The Ritz-Carlton Residences Power Broker Award in 2012, International Property Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agent Florida Award 2013-2014, and International Property Magazine’s Best Boutique Real Estate Brokerage Florida Award 2017-2018. His comprehensive knowledge of Singer Island’s condominium buildings and single-family home neighborhoods uniquely positions him to provide outstanding service.
